Pinewood Terrace – Rayconda Connector

DAVENPORT partnered with the Public Works Commission and the City of Fayetteville to design the Rayconda Connector, a new two-lane roadway linking US 401 to Pinewood Terrace. Services included roadway, stormwater, erosion control, and utility design—plus a 4,000-foot water main extension. Following Hurricane Matthew, the project was fast-tracked to restore access, with DAVENPORT expediting design and permitting alongside the City and NCDOT.
