DAVENPORT is the exclusive civil engineering sub-consultant for Forsyth County’s new 195,000 SF Courthouse and 137,000 SF Administration Building in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. The project spans two parcels at 175 N. Chestnut St. and 121 N. Church St., connected by a service tunnel to the existing detention center. DAVENPORT provided site-civil design and documentation, including site access, utilities, stormwater, and erosion control—across all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration.
