Traffic Signal Design Plans for Three Intersections, Town of South Hill, VA
Davenport Transportation Consulting (DTC) was retained to prepare plans and specifications to remove existing detector loop equipment and replace it with camera detection at the intersections of Mecklenburg Street and Danville Street, and Atlantic Avenue and Mecklenburg Street. Design plans were based on GIS or tax map data with field verification. Included in the scope of work was certification of signal mast arm poles. Sealed adn signed traffic signal design plans were prepared to VDOT standards.
