DTC is pleased to announce the addition of Terrell C. Hughes, EIT, Project Engineer to our staff.  Terrell comes to us from Richmond, VA. He has four years of traffic engineering experience, including transportation impact analysis, traffic signal timing plans, traffic signal design, traffic calming, traffic signing/marking plans, roadway lighting design, and construction cost estimating. Terrell will be working in our Operations & Planning Unit here in DTC's Winston-Salem, NC headquarters. He will be supervised by Frank Amenya, PE, PTOE, DTC's Director of Traffic Engineering. We believe that Terrell is a great addition to our staff!
