Richard Butt is a Senior Project Manager specializing in Civil Planning and Design services involving educational, municipal, residential, federal, commercial and industrial markets. He also has experience working on roads and highways. His expertise specifically includes site development planning, stormwater management, drainage, erosion and sediment control plans, grading, underground utilities, and site development and modifications per ADA and ABA. His skillset  also encompasses  preliminary plans and the permit processing.
