Rice Creek Parkway Development, Brunswick County, NC - Traffic Signal Design Plans
DTC was contracted to provide the design of a new traffic signal for the intersection of US 17 (Ocean Highway) at Rice Creek Parkway in Brunswick County, NC. The disgn was to NCDOT standards, and was based on the roadway geometry. In addition to the traffic signal plan and electrical detail, metal pole loading diagrams (for metal poles with mast arms) were also provided. NCDOT also required the inclusion of the Flashing Yellow Arrow Operation (FYA) for the southbound left turn from US 17 onto Rice Creek Parkway.
