NCDOT Signal System Study, Rocky Mount, NC
This study involved the rehabilitation and expansion of the existing City of Rocky Mount, NC computerized traffic signal system for the NCDOT (approximately 150 signalized intersections). Work primarily comprised of communications system upgrade and expansion, field equipment upgrades, enhancement of the central system/Traffic Control Center, and the expansion of the video monitoring system. DTC prepared all plan sheets using the latest version of MicroStation and associated workspaces in use by NCDOT.
