John Townsend is a Transportation Project Manager for DTC with 8 years of transportation planning and design experience. He has solid experience with both private and public sector clients, and proven knowledge and experience with NCDOT requirements. He has experience with several facets of traffic engineering including the management, completion, and signing and sealing of transportation studies, traffic impact analyses, and corridor studies; traffic signal timing plans, traffic signal design, traffic calming, traffic signing/marking plans, traffic control plans, roadway design, and construction cost estimating. John's professional experience has provided a wide-range of consulting services for roadways, land development, and traffic signals.
