DTC/KHA Team Selected for PETERSBURG, VA Project

The Kimley Horn/DTC Team has been selected by the City of Petersburg, VA for a project involving the widening of Rives Road.  Rives Road is classified as a major collector road, and is planned to accommodate traffic volumes for the 2030 design year. Rives Road will be evaluated for a four-lane typical section, with a bike lane, pedestrian sidewalks, curb/gutter on each side of the roadway, and enclosed drainage system. The engineering plans will be completed in three phases: preliminary engineering, right-of-way, and final design for construction. DTC's scope of services will be data collection, existing and future analysis, and public involvement.
