Project Description

The proposed Union Square Development is located on the south side of Lee Street at South Elm Street in Greensboro, NC.  The site consists of 177 apartment units, 31,900 square feet of retail space, 180,000 square feet of office space, and 210,000 square feet of institutional / office building.  Two (2) parking decks serve the parking needs of the site, each with two (2) access points. DAVENPORT was retained by the City of Greensboro to provide a Traffic Impact Analysis and a Conceptual Geometric Design.
