Reynolda Estate Connectivity Improvement Plan
Project Description

DAVENPORT worked with Wake Forest University to provide key transportation planning insights on how the university can create a more vibrant, pedestrian friendly, business district, as well as to connect the three separate entities of the Estate (Reynolda House, Reynolda Village, and Reynolda Gardens) so the development can’t be perceived, and function as part of a cohesive district. DAVENPORT reviewed current site conditions, collected roadway and signage data, and presented its recommendations for improvement to the Estate’s site access, site circulation, bike/ped plan, and wayfinding/signage for improved connectivity to and within Reynolda Estate.
