Chris Reich, EI
Chris Reich has been with Davenport Transportation Consulting since the summer of 2011.
His experience working with Davenport Transportation Consulting has included construction engineering and inspection, data collection, intersection turn movement counts, assisting with the preparation for several traffic impact studies, and AutoCAD drafting for various types of projects across North Carolina.
Prior to joining Davenport Transportation Consulting in June of 2011, Chris gained experience through a wide variety of experiences during a 2010 summer internship with NCDOT Division 9, including the following:
- Working on a survey crew
- Attending pre-bid meetings
- Attending TRC meeting
- Designing culverts
- GPS-locating existing pipes
- Developing road profiles to check sight distance
- Performing construction inspection; completing diaries and pay records
Chris is a Licensed Engineering Intern (Civil), and is proficient in several software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD & AutoTURN.
Chris will be graduating from NC A&T University in December 2011 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
